Healthy Korean Foods

Korean Food is known to be healthy because it has a lot of wonderful fermented foods like Kimchi and Gochujang. But in addition to the foods full of probiotics, Koreans also love to put a lot of vegetables on their table.

By steaming, sauteeing and sometimes making pancakes out of the vegetables, Korean vegetable dishes mostly retain their natural taste but has enough seasoning to make it more delicious. Gaji Namul, Gamja Jeon and Pajeon are all wonderful ways of enjoying vegetables.
