Jjigae (Stew)

Jjigae or stew are a favorite among Koreans and is made with a variety of ingredients such as seafood, meat, tofu and vegetables. Compared to soups, it has less liquid and is often served bubbling hot.

Some popular dishes are Kimchi Jjigae, Gochujang Hobak Jjigae and Doenjang Jjigae.
