Jeon 전 are Korean delicacies that are made with meat, seafood and/or vegetables sliced thin or julienned then coated in batter or flour + egg and pan-fried in oil.
Sometimes they are called as pancakes (as in Green Onion Pancake - Pajeon 파전) or sometimes they are called fritters (as in Potato Fritters - Gamjajeon 감자전).
