Ram-Don (aka Jjapaguri) is made by cooking Jjapagetti and Neoguri noodles together in one pot. It’s yummy chewy noodles in a Jjajang sauce that has a hint of spicy udon flavor. This dish appears in the movie Parasite.
Slice green onions thinly & set aside. Cut steak into small cubes and season. Cook steak until desired doneness. Set aside. Boil noodles for 2 minutes. Drain water, and reduce to a simmer.
Add dry flakes from both packages & add to pot. Add the Chapagetti seasoning packet & 1/2 of Neoguri seasoning packet. Mix until noodles are coated well. Simmer until most of the liquid is gone. Add steak cubes & the oil from Chapagetti. Stir.
Immediately transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with sliced green onion.
