Instant Pot Spicy Soy
PORK RIBS WITH SHISHITO PEPPERS
Spicy Soy Pork Ribs with Shishito Peppers or Dwaeji Galbi Jjim is the latest recipe that I developed for the Instant Pot. So simple, easy and a totally satisfying dish that can be also a one dish meal when served with rice.
Pork Ribs | Soy Sauce Water | Shishito Pepper Ginger | Pepper Green Chili Peppers
Trim fat from ribs and cut into individual pieces. Soak in cold water for 10 minutes. Peel and cut ginger into 1/4 inch thick pieces.
Rinse chili peppers and cut into 2-3 pieces. Rinse shishito peppers and take the stems off, but leave them whole.
Add the ribs, water, soy sauce, ginger, 3-4 green peppers and black pepper to the Instant Pot. Close the lid and set to the meat/stew function. Reduce time to 20 minutes.
When done, let off steam and open to add the rest of the chili and shishito peppers. Close again and set it to 5 minutes, low pressure. Enjoy!
