Chicken Bulgogi is crazy delicious and not spicy. Try this for your next BBQ or enjoy it for an easy dinner.
Trim excess fat from chicken. Flatten out each piece. Add garlic and ginger to white wine. Add remaining sauce ingredients, mix well.
In a large bowl, add chicken and marinade for at least 2 hours. Heat frying pan. Drizzle lightly with oil. Take thighs out of the marinade and cook in the heated pan.
Cook each side until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Serve with rice and garnish with some fresh chopped green onions.
Because chicken thighs and breasts take a long time to cook, you need to cook at medium to medium-low heat so it doesn't cook too fast. If using chicken breasts instead of thighs, add 1-2 tsp of vegetable oil to marinade.
