KOREAN STEAMED EGGS

WITH SHRIMP AND CHIVES

Korean Steamed Eggs that are elegant and yet so simple to make. The flavor is clean and smooth with no pungent fish sauce required which means it can be a great dish to serve at parties.

KEY INGREDIENTS

Eggs | Anchovy Stock Frozen Shrimp | Salt Sugar | White Onions Mushrooms

THE INSTRUCTIONS

Fill a pot with water and line the bottom with a dish towel. Bring the water to a boil and keep at a simmer.

Chop white onions, mushrooms and shrimp. Whisk eggs, stock, salt and sugar.  Strain the egg mixture to get rid of the white stringy stuff.

Mix in the onions, mushrooms and shrimp into the egg mixture.  Pour into a cup or bowl and cook in the water bath for 10-12 minutes.

Add a piece of shrimp on top of the egg.  Enjoy!
