STEAMED EGG IN HOT POT

Korean Steamed Egg or in Hot Pot is often served at Korean BBQ restaurants. They cook it directly on the fire and it comes to you in a hot stone pot. 

KEY INGREDIENTS

Eggs | Water  Green Onion | Saewoojeot Sesame Oil | Sugar  Pepper | Red Chili Powder

THE INSTRUCTIONS

Chop green onions, saewoojeot and mix with sesame oil, sugar and pepper. Let sit.

Whip eggs in a bowl and add water.  Add green onions and the saewoojeot mixture and mix with eggs.

Add mixture to the hot pot and put on the stove on medium heat covered for 7-8 minutes.  Stir the egg mixture and cover again.

Turn heat to low and cook for 3 minutes. Sprinkle pepper, red chili powder and chopped green onions to garnish.  Serve and Enjoy!
