Korean spinach side dish that’s amazingly delicious yet so simple to make. This is a simple 4 ingredient recipe that is gluten free and vegan!
Spinach Korean Sea Salt Sesame Oil Green Onions
Rinse spinach leaves and drain to clean off any dirt. Boil a pot of water and add salt. Chop green onions.
Prepare an ice bath next to your pot of boiling water. Add spinach to the boiling water and blanch. Turn off the heat and transfer to the ice bath.
Once the spinach is fully cooked, make a ball between your hands and gently squeeze out water. In a mixing bowl, add the spinach and separate the leaves.
Season with salt, sesame oil, green onions, and sesame seeds. Mix together and serve!
