DALGONA COFFEE

Dalgona Coffee is a cold latte drink that comes with a velvety smooth and sweet coffee foam on top. The combination of cold milk and the bittersweet coffee is simply a match made in heaven.

KEY INGREDIENTS

Instant Coffee Granulated Sugar Water Milk

THE INSTRUCTIONS

Whisking By Hand In a large bowl, add coffee, sugar and hot water. Using a whisk, mix the coffee, sugar and water until everything is melted. Then whisk until stiff peaks form.

TIPS: Use a large bowl to make sure you have enough space to whip air in. Tilt the bowl at an angle.

Stand Or Hand Mixer Start at the lowest speed to make sure everything is dissolved. Turn to the highest setting until stiff peaks form.

Fill 2/3rds of a cup with milk and add ice. Spoon the foam on top. Top with dalgona pieces or sprinkle with cinnamon.  ENJOY!
