EASY SPICY BABY

BOK CHOY SALAD

Easy and simple bok choy salad that is spicy, tangy and sweet but with no garlic so it's very refreshing. Great side dish for any meal, especially with Tteok Guk.

KEY INGREDIENTS

Baby Bok Choy Yellow Onions  Apple Cider Vinegar Gochukaru Anchovy Sauce Guk Kanjang

THE INSTRUCTIONS

Make the dressing by chopping onions in a blender and mix in all the ingredients except the bok choy. Let the dressing sit for 3-4 hours or overnight.

Wash the bok choy, drain and cut in half, lengthwise.

Toss bok choy with dressing. If it's a little tough, let it sit in the dressing for 10 min or so.

Sprinkle some sesame seeds for extra nutty flavor. Serve and Enjoy!
