Easy Baked Salmon 

WITH MAYO + MASAGO

Easy Baked Salmon with Mayo Masago Sauce that’s so easy, simple and it goes wonderfully with rice and other Korean foods. It’s a very popular dish among Korean Americans.

KEY INGREDIENTS

Salmon | Pepper | Lemon Mayonnaise | Onion Masago Eggs | Green Onions Sea Salt | Siracha Green Plum Syrup | Olive Oil

THE INSTRUCTIONS

For a whole fillet, preheat the oven to 375˚F.  Salt and pepper the salmon on both sides. Squeeze lemon juice on top.

Finely chop onions, green onions, and parsley. In a bowl mix the mayo, onions, masago eggs, green onions, salt, maesil syrup, siracha, and parsley.

Line the pan with tin foil. Put the salmon skin down in the pan and spoon the mayo sauce on top.

Bake a whole fillet, at 375℉ for 15 min, then 5 min at 400℉. Then broil an extra 2 min for best color. Serve and enjoy!
