Korean Sea Salt and Gochujang Giveaway!!
For this Sea Salt giveaway, I just wanted appreciate my current followers who are already following me on my blog or any of my social media accounts.
It is because of your support, I start everyday (well, almost everyday.. 😉 ) happy and excited to think about what other yummy recipe or useful information I can share with my readers, so THANK YOU all, always.
So here is what I am giving away:
FIRST PRIZE: My MOST favorite Korean Sea Salt ever – A jar of Premium Solar Sea Salt (480g or 1 lb) harvested from the very famous area of Shinan only between the optimal months of July and September. Less than 1% of total salt harvest. Unlike most other solar salt which is often dried on tiles or other smooth man made surface, this salt is dried on natural marsh bed. This boutique sea salt is truly for gourmets and is slightly grey in color. This salt is sooo good that it tastes good even just by itself. Sprinkle on fish and steak and you don’t need any other seasoning. It is simply wonderful. Pour sesame oil and use it as out-of-this-world good dipping sauce for Korean bbq meats and veggies.
I wish they were available on Amazon but they are not. I got it from our local Korean market because I wanted at least one lucky follower to get a taste of this wonderful salt. You HAVE to let me know how you like it if you get it. 🙂
SECOND PRIZE : 1 bottle of Korean Gochujang and 1 kg bag of Korean Solar Sea Salt (The Salt). This solar sea salt comes from the same company above and is great for everyday seasoning and cooking. This is what I use for all my regular cooking. Simply good salt that has been aged for 3 years (천일염 cheonilyeom) with all the bittern removed.
