First, the picture above is a snapshot I took in Korea in the fall. Rice fields in Korea turn a beautiful golden color when it is close to harvest. And I was lucky to catch this moment where the dragonfly (잠자리 Jamjari) was coming in for a landing!
YAY!!! The dragon fly has landed!!
Anyway, I hope you are all having a good summer so far. I am doing pretty well but very busy!!

- NUTRITIONAL FACTS!! – I am in the process of adding nutritional info on my recipes. You should see them appear at the bottom of the recipe cards. If something looks odd to you, please let me know – I may have made a mistake somewhere. For example, dipping sauces could all be included in the nutritional fact when you probably will be dipping just a very small part of it. Lastly, these are PER SERVING nutritional info.
- PLEASE RATE my recipe – with a 5 star rating I hope! In any case, recipe ratings tell Google that my recipes are appreciated by my followers and will rank me higher which in turn awards me with higher traffic! So please, next time you use my recipe, would you please add a 5 star rating?? THANK YOU!!
