Lettuce, crown dasies, perilla leaves - ssukat, kkaetnip

Ssam (쌈) means "wrapped" in Korean. Ssambap (쌈밥) means rice wrapped in lettuce or other veggies with some other protein (fish, bulgogi, kalbi, etc).
