Ssam (쌈 Lettuce and other veggie wraps)

  Ssam (ssukat, kkaetnip, lettuce) Ssam (쌈) means “wrapped” in Korean. Ssambap (쌈밥) means rice wrapped in lettuce or other veggies with some other protein (fish, bulgogi, kalbi, etc).
