Yes…our family will be relocating to Korea for the next couple years and so I have been very busy the last couple months due to the move. I know my posts have been a bit sporadic lately- this is the reason..
I am very sad to leave my lovely home and friends and family in the US but we plan to be back in a few years so it’s not too bad. While I’m there, I think it will be a great opportunity for me to learn even more about traditional Korean foods so that’s kind of exciting. To those of you who are worried that I may go off the deep end and just get too Korean(?) in terms of ingredients or cooking – do not worry, I know my audience and I will always keep in mind that many of you don’t have access to all the different ingredients. On that note, I think my next project is going to be listing all the substitutions that you can use for ingredients that are not always easy to get. Hopefully that will be helpful to many of you.
So please look forward to hearing from me soon at Kimchimari.com from Korea! I thank you–all my readers, visitors and followers–for reading my blog and for all the support you have given me.
감사합니다. (Kamsahapnida)!

Hope I can see you in Korea!
